Yes, very simple. You need a pair of "Master Cylinder Grommets".
They are cheap.

Be very careful prying the Master cyl off. It is very easy to brake one or both 
spouts off. 
I usually put two long screwdrivers between the reservoir and the cylinder, 
cris-crossing them as an "X". Then gently bring the tops together, squeezing the 
spouts out of the grommets.
Naturally, suck all the fluid out beforehand. Also make a cocoon of rags around 
the master cylinder in case you squart the fluid. The sh*t is EXTREMELY agressive 
on the paint. Have coupla litres of tap water on hand. If the disaster happens you 
have about 30 sec to wash it off before you paint will start to bubble.
