help re parts new and used + ABS

started asking on the WWW, Imparts first to respond; unfortunatly they
can only partially fill the list

Am new to the list, FINALLY found what I,ve been looking for! This site
is the best!!!

I've had more questions answered in the last week or so than from any
other source. (by the way, what did happen to the AUDI CAR CLUB - was
it  in UTAH? Had just sent them a money order when poof!

please have a look at my list of parts both new and used...who knows and
if you don't ask, you'll never find out.

you can tell by the list that I'm doing some long overdue maintenance.

important question re ABS. Test light always shows system OK. majority
of the time brakes are responsive; ie. braking action is very good.
Problem occurs in "ABS type road conditions". Brake pedal goes into
contortions, I keep applying firm pressure but have to fight to keep
pedal down. This activity is accompanied by load groaning from under the
hood or transmitted through the brake pedal. During all of this I do not
get a fail signal from either brakes or ABS indicator.
