 On the laser tag stationary posts.  It seems to me that I heard some   
time ago that one state threw this sort of thing out because most traffic   
violations are misdemeanors (sp?) and that misty-meaners have to be   
actually witnessed by a real human being in that state.  For the same   
reason, it was said that they couldn't issue tickets based upon the time   
stamps at toll booths.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?
