Hakka 10

Ok, Ok, so this thread has been going on for a long time, and I don't want
to beat it to death, but I thought of something that I forgot to ask about
earlier.
For those of you citing experience with the Hakka 10's, were you running
studs or not?
If so, how do they compare in non-studded form to the other tires discussed
(i.e. Michelin, Blizzak, Gislaved, etc.) that have either porous rubber or
lots of sipes and NO studs?

Sorry for being such a pain on this, but I'm moving to the Upper Valley
(VT/NH) from the South and haven't had to worry about snows since I lived in
Pittsburgh five or so years ago.
