Not quite.  The rods do share a common journal, but _unlike_ a V8, the Harley
rods are not side-by-side on the crank pin.  They use what is called a knife
and fork arrangement.  One rod (the knife) runs within the bifurcated big end
journal of the "fork" rod. Thus the 0 offset of Harley cylinders.
