Re: Quattro Coupe questions

For what it's worth; my 1990 Coupe Quattro has lived through 106,000
miles of Western PA driving; much of it in snow/ice. Car has been stored
outside. There is still not a spot of rust anywhere on the body; there is
spotty light surface rust on the suspension arms. I feel if the car was
halfway cared for, it should not show rust; these aren't mid '70's GM
intermediates that rusted if you carried a slat shaker back from
the supermarket.

In my book, ANY car with rust is a parts car, period. Of course, the fact I
live in Arizona may bias my opinion on this... ;^)
