not true in all cases!  my 86 200TqW with KG 018 250 engine has a water-cooled  
turbo AND the 2nd (turbo) oil filter.  note that the north american 85 turbo    
engine was a KH which is probly closer to my engine than the north american-    
spec 86 turbo engine, except the KH didn't have the WC turbo...
