He means the multi-function temp sender. Both of mine have gone.
Live with it until you find it reading 0 more often than not.
It won't really affect much (the overheat/fan sensor is separate)
except not allowing full boost when "cold".
The sensors are about $75, and not even 5 minutes to install.
