2) yes
3) See Bentley (I'll look it up if you want. I'm at work now and don't
have it in front of me.)

On my car, the two dif bushings and the two front subframe bushing were
replaced. I had a local garage do it. They charge me $30 each for the
bushings and about three hours labor. 

I'm very pleased. No more clunks!
