No. The light is on only when I press the diff lock button.

The problem is that the ABS Off light is on ALL the time. The green light
does indeed turn itself of and the rear diff disengages at approx 15 mph.
However, the ABS Light cannot be turned off -- the ABS switch is
ineffective. Also, the front portion of the Q diag is off at night (blown
dummy light or something more?)
