Low beam out- HELP

I know this seems like a simple one, but I could use some help before I 
start this repair.  The left low beam headlight is out on my 86 4kq with 
the aero headlights.  Are there two bulbs in there?  Can they be replaced 
or do I need a whole new headlight?  I looked in my Bentley at 1:30 this 
morning and couldn't tell a thing. 

BTW, I did check the fuse and it is fine.
