Accident

Was on my way home from the junkyard yesterday with a door latch for the
drivers door on my 86 5KCSTQ.  I was driving my Talon on a thru street, when
a lady in a Caddy pulled out in front of me from a stop sign.  I left about
15 ft of rubber before I nailed here rear door.  Front end of Talon is gone.
Was going to get it ready for winter storage within the next week.
        Questions:
        1.  What are my rights towards getting it repaired.  I have the
choice of getting factory parts to replace it correct?
        2.  If it is totaled, how do insurance companies determine how much
to buy it back for?
        3.  Any recomendations for paint?  Something thats durable, stands
up to rocks.
