YUP,

Had this happen to mine about a year ago; the pressure reg. got real
hard to force water through. I tried boiling it, this worked for about two
days. AudiOnly out in 'zona sent me a used one for free and that solved the
problem. But, I also noticed that the pump section of the motor came apart
quite easily and if the impeller wheel was positioned in the motor the way it
looked like it should be: flat part of impeller shaft into flat section of
hollow motor shaft I got very little pressure, but if I turned the imeller
shaft 180 degs. and easily forced it into the the motor shaft I got all kinds
of pressure out of that lil' pump. In fact I had to put a small hose clamp on
to join the pump solidly to the motor as the pressure was now enough to blow
the two of them apart...go figure??
