Center diff transplant questions...

Has anyone ever swapped the Torsen diff from a late-model Type 016 'box into
an early-style Type 016 'box?  According to Bentley, it certainly looks easy
enough but since one tranny is still in the car and I'm planning to make the
swap without having the car down for more than a weekend, I thought it would
be a good idea to check around before the wrenches start to fly...
