Yes...there were non-turbo (5cyl 2.2L.) 5000 quattros...these models were
5000S, not "CS" (100 in europe?). If I am not mistaken these were 5000S
models from 1985 - 1988. After that there was the 100 quattro (1989-1991?)
which was also a N/A 5 cyl non-turbo (2.3L.). Aside from the usual "big Audi"
model problems (electrical, etc.), I understand these to have been very good,
reliable-but anemic-cars. Hope that answers your question.
