Ben refers to Ben Howell, fellow quattro enthusiast and q net member.
He has helped me out on my ur-quattro project.

Found the garage notebook, I recorded the following:
For connecting to the MC engine oil filter bracket, I needed 2
18mm x 1.5 adapters to connect to the -8 line ends. And for 
connecting to the stock ur-quattro oil cooler I needed 2
16mm x 1.5 adapters. These are male-to-male adapters.
