I have a set of $14.95 driving lights with 130W bulbs on my 85 4ksq.
For a grand total of about 30 bucks, I can light up a college football
field. Granted, I can set fire to anything within 20 feet, but hey, I
NEED MORE POWER!!!!

The bulbs carry NO warrenty or promise of life, but I have had them
since May and have yet to replace one. (knock on wood) A lot cheaper
than the H4's, and I can control them so Maine's finest (state police)
have no need to stop me. These lights have saved my life, if not only
my tires, by letting me see animals about 1-2 miles away. At 80 mph,
when I see the reflector on the side of the road up ahead, I can count
to 3 (slowly) and THEN apply the brakes. And still have at least 100 ft
to the reflector, leaving me plenty of room for errors.

My $0.02 worth.
