circut board on a 200q

Thanks to Daniel Hussey for recommending Ryland Imports in Marietta, 
GA.  (Atlanta suburb).  They strongly suggest my dead auto system 
check, intermediately blinking airbag indicator, intermediately dead 
temp gague and fuel gague are a result of lost ground on the circut 
board in my instrument cluster.  

According to Shokan there are three circut boards on that ic and they 
would need to know which one.  In order to save $$ I though a junkyard 
IC would be best verses paying a shop to determine which circut board 
and waiting for shipment of that circut board from a vendor.  Any 
suggestions on logistics or some other method of getting a complete ic 
or specific circut board.
