Renting cars in Europe

This is a resend, since the first may have dropped into
this morning's black hole.

Several of us are going to Madrid next month, and need to rent a
car for 3 days. There are 5 of us, with luggage. Unfortunately, no
Audis are available (none would fit us all), so we are looking at:

Renault Nevada Wagon
Fiat Ducata Van
Ford Mondeo Wagon

Any comments on these cars from our bretheren across the pond?
