Snow tire size for '86 4kq

   Just installed new Boge TurboGas shocks + struts on my recently purchased  
85k mi.'86 4kq. Also bushings and such. What a difference!!! Slowly getting
the car up to spec...what an elegant, simple, well balanced design!!!

    Next question...I'm running the original wheels, and I'd like to buy
Haakapellita snows, mount them on the old wheels, then in the spring get new
wheels (larger?) and Dunlop D60 A2 tires...but I'm getting ahead of myself,
and my bank account... Those of you w/a lot of experience in the North
Countries, would you recommend changing the tire size for snow tires that
may not be used in severe snow very often, like two winters ago, or MAY see
Arctic duty, like last year. (I live just outside of NYC, but it's very
hilly here, and the road crews in this little town just don't have the
manpower or equipment to REALLY do the right job.)
