We are under way with developing the procedures necessary to
create a Model specification page. Dan Has told me he will host
it on the q-list web site.

Several of us are working together to come up with a draft of
what will be included.  We want to work off-line and in a small
group so we don't waste bandwidth.  When we come up with this
draft everyone on the list will have an opportunity to comment
and contribute.

If someone wants to take a turbo car (Ur-q?), your input would
be appreciated.

Not trying to put folks off, we just want to resolve some
technical details and organize the project so that it gets done
in an efficient manner.
