Changing timing belt on a 90.....

I've changed a timing belt on an auto 5K before.  On my 90, looks real
similar.  Is it possible to shove a BIG screwdriver in the trans
flywheel to hold the engine to get the vibration damper off. BTW- I have
a 5speed.  ALSO, is what has to come off the front of the car to get
at it.  Looks like the bumper and maybe the grill and small radiator?
About how long should I expect this to take?
