'90 CQ steering fixed

It's amazing how much better your car will steer when you actually
*tighten* everything that should be tight, including the inner ends of
both tie rods. The wander will go away, and the clunking will stop.
Simply amazing. No one I know of would actually *drive* a car with
steering pieces loose, just an observation. To be sure that everything
_was_ tight took longer than I thought, but I eventually found
everything. Thanks to all that responded to my plea.
