While this is excellent advice for the fast turbo cars and the portly 5KQs, V8s, etc, the MMs work very well IMFO on the lighter, slower 4KQs on the track and last a loooong time. Do watch out for that first 'stop' on cold mornings though, expecially if you run down a long steep driveway in the wet or in deep powdery sno and don't touch the brakes till you (try) to stop at the bottom!
