This friendly advice is for those of you who own pickup trucks....I 
know, it's off-subject, but bear with me.

Last weekend someone stole the tailgate off my pickup while it was 
parked in my driveway.  On reflection, I realized this was a 
30-second crime of opportunity...one which will cost me some 
hundreds of dollars.  

Earlier that day, I had looked at locks which fit over the release 
handle for the tailgate, and thought - well, if I had a covered bed 
on that truck, I'd get one-a those.  Never thought about the tailgate 
itself!  Now I have.

The NEXT tailgate on that truck will have a lock over the handle!!  
Think about this and possibly save yourself a few hundred bucks.....

And so it goes...........
