WHAT!!! No seat heaer cable!?!?XO*##?

Now that the dr seat heat is repaired, I went hunting for the problem with
the other seats. Probed under the fr. pass. seat to find the cable from the
heat pad just dangling there. Unbolted the front of the seat to find...there
is no cable to plug into!!!! Yikes!!!! And there is no cable tucked under the
carpeting!!!!

Anyone have a clue where this lead would originate from, or the path for this
cable? I drove this car out of the showroom 9 years ago. The heated seats
were not an add-on.
