You are welcome

This info concernes my '89 200TQ:
For LF:
Two of them are connected to a heating element:
BLK/YEL to BRN/BLU = 1ohm
Two of them are connected to a thermister, that controlls the pre-set:
BLK/WHT to BRN/BLK = 8.2k cold
For RF:
Two of them are connected to a heating element:
BLK/RED(x2) to BRN/BLU = 1ohm
Two of them are connected to a thermister, that controlls the pre-set:
BLK/GRN to BRN/WHT = 8.2k cold
Note: the RF seat also provides current for BOTH rear seats (via the second
BLK/RED wire)
> I get a 10 ohm reading on the 2 innermost wires,
I think, you meant 10k, those wires are for the thermistor.
>and no reading on any other combination.
sure, the heating element is burnt
>On the backrest I get a zero ohm reading.
Should be on LF and RF both: BRN/BLU to BRN = 1ohm
