Nope. The Delta system has no connection to this
jack. The jack is intended for a Motorola cell phone handset,
and is wired to a DB-25 connector that's hidden away in the
trunk. When you buy the Audi cell phone, you get the
handset, and the trunk unit. The trunk unit has all of
the stuff in it (e.g. sends a signal to the Delta system to
tell it to mute [I don't know what that signal is, though],
drives the external speaker, etc.)

It won't work quite so easily... you'll need to find out more about
the mic that's made for your cell phone. It's likely that you
won't be able to directly use the one built into the car, as
it's not "just a mic"... it's a mic with preamp (and processing?)
built in. You'll probably need to use your own mic, which means
you'll need to run your own mic cable (I don't think the mic in
the car uses a shielded audio cable, and you'll need to use).

In the final analysis, I found it was easiest just to ignore
the jack and run my own wiring for everying. Never did figure
out how to mute the radio.
