If you pull your fogs out you will say that the amount of plumbing needed
to get from the front of the car to the vicinity of the brakes is
ridiculous.  The air would probably lose most of its velocity before it
even reached the discs.  At track events I have had a lot of success using
aluminum dryer hose zip-tyed to the a-arm and aimed towards the calipers.  
Very temporary but very effective.
