I must politely disagree there....
I've been through that myself. The car would start and run for a short 
period. Rough, yes. But it would start and run. Then as soon as the fuse 
made/broke contact for more than a couple of seconds, it would pretty 
much die.
Kinda was a PITA to diagnose 'cause the fuse itself was good. Turns out 
that the terminals in the box were severly corroded (sp).
