Actually, necessity was the mother of invention, or something like that. I
figured if I was going to escape without major problems, I had to get the
water out of everything as quickly as possible and the best way to do it
seemed to be to run it for an extended period and to make sure EVERYTHING
got heated up and flowed.
It ws running pretty well at the 12 mile mark on the bridge (which is 24
miles long; the longest in the world) and when a break in traffic appeared,
let's just say that the 55 mph speed limit was not a limiting factor.
Gotta love that Syntec, though! Had to pull, clean and reoil the K&N, too,
of course.
