Shea:

For resistor values check the list archives.
For pipe....and hose....yes it is part of the PCV system. PCV Valve is 
at other end of a "T" shaped hose underneath the "idle stab. valve"
Vibration: Check tires for "out of round" or "feathering" If in doubt 
rotate tires ( 2 at a time ) if condition changes....tires is it ! If 
not and vibration if not aggravated while turning under power... 
important ...under power !!! ( CV Joint) , then could be wheel bearings 
and/or  hub. I lean towards CV Joints. Carefully and by hand check all 
four CV boots (inner and outer) for tears, if you find one, the grease 
is now gone and the " joint " probably damaged.
