Ur-quattros 4 sale

A friend of mine just told me about two ur quattro that are for sale.

The first is an 83, amazon blue (?), black interior, H4 european 
headlights, 100k miles, factory 15 x 6 multispoke wheels. asking $9k.

Second, 84, helios blue (maybe oceanic, it's sort of a grey/blue), ecru 
interior, front seats replaced with choclate brown, new style dash 
(according to friend), 5 spoke fuchs, 100k, new exaust, hydralic pump is 
noisy. asking 10k.

One car is from California, the other is from North Carolina.

Are these good prices? Anything to look out for? I checked the faqs, but 
they only described the differences between years.

If anyone else is intertested, e-mail me, I'll know later in the week if 
I'm gonna be able to own one of these.
