Wet trunk - 90q

Hi everyone,

For all (many) of you who responded, I thank you very much for your
suggestions. I also thank those who are in the same boat as I am.
At least, it's comforting to know you are not the only one that
has the same problem.

Status :

I checked the fuel filler area, NO, that's not it. I even pour
water in the filler area with the lid open.

I took the lining out, and dried the entire trunk. I left the lining
out for now so that I can easily spot any wetness at all.
It's still raining out there, but so far the trunk is still dry.

I examined the four bumper bolts, they look very clean, no sign of
wetness at all.

I do have one suspect, it is the condition of the gasket, especially
towards the lower edge of the trunk. It looks more dirty than the
rest of the gasket.
I suspect water get in when I take it to a car wash, ie: pressurized
water shooting at the "gap" between the lid and the gasket.
If my "normal rain day" test proves nothing, then I will do a
pressurized test by shooting water hose towards specific area.

I will report to you with my finding.

Good luck to the rest of us who are in the same boat.
