Can You Light Up My Life?

I replaced the "European" city lights on my 91 200q with 50 watt 
bulbs (thanks Mike Miller for the tip!!).  They make perfect high 
mounted driving lites.  I would like to run them separately off a 
switch, and not with running lites.  Can someone tell me what wires 
need to go where?  Do I need to run a relay for these lights?  BTW, 
the headlights were changed to 80/100 with relays and are a big 
improvement, although I suspect not any where near as good as Euro's. 
All help appreciated.
