Traveling to MN

Well,
  The gods of advance notice are shining on me today.  I found out I have to 
travel to Minneapolis area (Anoka?) Tuesday night.  My question for any 
q-listers in that area revolves around what to do in my off time.  I'll be in 
for two days/nights, and doubt I'll spend much more than a day at the client 
site.  Any reccomendations on good back road drives, city night life, whatever. 
Expense account weren't meant to sit in hotels at night...
