Trans/diff oil

Does anyone know the capacity of the trans/final-drive in an 87 GT Coupe?
 I have a Haynes manual which gives the capacities for three different
units.  Which gearbox do I have?   014, 013, or 093?  
I guess you just fill it till it runs out (which I was unable to do with
only 2 quarts), but just want to be sure.  The highest capacity is 2.5
quarts so I'm probably okay for the whopping 1 mile commute to work.  I
can pick up some more tomorrow and top it off.  I used Valvoline
Synthetic 75W90 GL-5.  Is it okay that I used GL-5 instead of GL-4?  (He
asks casually after the deed is done...)
