glenn, when i responded to your post, i didn't mean to imply that YOU were      
erroneous.  i was more interested in stirring up some chatter among grey market 
and other euro-model owners.  so far it appears that euro models use ZZZ        
for positions 4 thru 6.  i will check my VIN placards to make sure they all     
show ZZZ, since one of the grey market owners mentioned a disparity among his.  
huw suggested these three digits are unused in euro markets.
