RE: USA Q-gathering

This is a great idea. Well, it sounds great in theory, but we all know it will
take some _work_ to pull it off. Jim's a brave man to assume this
responsibility, but it will take more than the commitment of one man. I'm
willing to do my part, and it sounds like others are as well. Now here's
my 2 cents: I like Indy, but I'm biased - I have family there. I also like the
idea of several convoys converging from different regions. We will need
a leader for each one to coordinate off-line discussions, the "official" route,
meeting times and places along the way, etc. I know, I know, I hate
bureaucracies too, but without some sort of organization this thing will
fall victim to chaos in a hurry. If we do it right, it will be legendary.

For us SE'erners - I know some great twisties through the Appalachian and
Cumberland Mtns.!
