Mis-adjusted switch on the parking brake? I think it bends to
adjust....or....
Bad pressure switch in the master brake cyliner? (If so, let me know
- I have a spare I will loan you...)

If it comes from the multi-port hose on the rear of the cover, I
suspect you're describing the crankcase breather hose. If it melted,
you either have a problem or used the wrong hose material....
