Haha... well, I drove across NE last July when doing a Colorado
road trip.  I have to agree with the 'pool table' theory, but there
are more "8 Balls" (ie: black & whites) on the table to make sure
you play fair.  ;)  Speed limit IS 75, so you can go about 82
without attracting the attention of the 8 ballers.  :)  hehehehe
