Not long age I put some old power seats in my sister's 5k, (she had the
manual ones) and I had to take her old upholstry and swap it with the ones
on the power seats.  Here is what I can remember of those. I am not sure
about the 4k's, but on the 5k's the back of the seat has a small, but thick
piece of cardboard that runns all along the back of the seat, it is tucked
in a slot back there.  I think what you have to do is to undo the wire that
goes along the whole front/bottom edge of the fabric, and peel the front
off first.  I am not sure if I remember correctly, it has been a while.  If
you can't figure it out, I can look on mine again and maybe that will jog
my memory.
