Good Audi Customer response

I called Audi Customer relations about the trim part for my A4.  My 
dealer had it on backorder for a while.  They were able to locate one at 
an East Coast dealer and called my dealer and let them know that they 
could get it by Friday.  They also called me back to let me know of the 
status.  I am impressed by Audi's service.
