Audi support

Agreed.  Their parts are slow and expensive.  technical support
is limited.  They hesitate to take responsability for major
failures that occur beyond warranty.  etc, etc.

This is one reasons audis got the reputation for costly
unreliability.  yea, the QC wasn;t there, but audi made it 
*really* painful through their pricing, service and customer
attitude.

Love the cars, mnoderately hate the company.
