stumbled at anything above half throttle. As long as I keep the boost at or
under 1.2bar it runs fine. It wont allow any hard acceleration. It doesn't
respond to rapid throttle inputs. Feels like I am hitting the rev limiter
when I floor it. The car is a 1991 200Q 20V. Any help or suggestions would
 be appreciated.

Bad wires tend to give this symptom on high boost conditions.... A scope
"should" pick it up, but having done a 10vt, the scope didn't catch it, but
the Swap and Try did... Hard to find an extras set of wires lying around
tho.... Make sure the rotor and cap inside terminals are clean of crud
too....
