Very bright headlights

No.  All I did was to change the regulator/brush set "just in case".

So far, no problems.  I don't use the heated seats much, and I'm quite
sparing with the rear screen heater and the normal blower.  I don't
have a/c.  The lights are the principle load, and 540 watts is 45 amps.

First make damn sure you _HAVE_ a 90A alternator.  Unscrupulous previous
owners often fit 75A replacements.
