I saw the dealer order...it specifically said that 1.8tq manuals were being
built on the 48th week of 1996.  There was some memo indicating a change in
availability of the option, moving it up three months.  They had a firm
committment for two cars..it showed color, options, price, etc.  Looked real
to me...........SLM
