hello,

thanks to everyone who took the time replying to my
query regarding high oil usage of a '96 A4q. The
most interesting tidbit came in when someone reminded
me that proper break in is crucial to reduce oil usage.
I then remembered that the car had been driven 400 mi
by the dealer before my friend bought it. Aahhh. Seems
like extra ammo in the arbitration to me :-)

Anyway, if people are interested I will report on the
resolution of this problem.
