In the stone age (ie my Falcon), to fix a "flooded" car, you would hold the
pedal to the floor, while cranking, until the car started. The reasoning
being that opening the throttle allows more air in to evaporate the extra
gas more quickly. Anyone know if this will help with these FI beasts?
