I had this last summer and had it lubed. The noise went away after a few days.
It came back a week or two ago. I brought the car to Eurosport last week and
they basically said what Igor said. I have an appointment to get it fixed next
week.
They also found the clunking sound that I mentioned here after getting the
clutch replaced. Turns out that some exhaust hangers broke off so that part of
the exhaust isn't being supported.
